Here you will find information on 3 services I am currently offering

SERVICE4: As a workshop facilitator I co run workshops for Mothers/Carers . Here we equipt mothers with the tools and skills to help them through motherhood and get them back up on their feet.

Current project 'The Active mumas Project' where the aim is to promote and provide a healthy wellbeing body and mind through a variety of fun and challening physical workshops along side group coaching sessions. If lockdown has taught us anything- it is the importance of self care- for some this has not been an option so I am here to help make that accessible for you and easy for you to implement it as part of your daily routine whilst building on a community connection with those around us
